REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
We want you to be very satisfied with your Pet Top® portable drinking device for pets, and with your purchases on www.pettop.com. Accordingly we have instituted the following return policy for purchases.
Purchases
1. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with a merchandise order purchased from this site, www.pettop.com, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or free replacement, at your option. To do so you must first contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which you must place clearly on the outside of your return package.
2. If you would like to cancel a merchandise order that has not yet shipped, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-866-PET-TOPS (1-866-738-8677).
3. If you purchased a Pet Top® portable drinking device for pets from another retailer, its return policy of course may differ from ours. However, if you are dissatisfied your Pet Top® portable drinking device for pets, you can return it to us along with a copy of your receipt within 30 days of purchase for a free replacement; to do so you must first contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which you must place clearly on the outside of your return package.
